Step It Up, Earn Your Podium  –  Karndean Sales Incentive 2026 Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion overview

Step It Up, Earn Your Podium is a Jacobsen sales incentive for Carpet Court sales team members across New Zealand, running 1 June–30 November 2026 (the Promotion Period). Eligibility is based on each participant’s total Karndean flooring sales volume accumulated across the full Promotion Period.

2. Eligibility

a. Open to all current Carpet Court sales team members employed in New Zealand during the Promotion Period, and at the time of prize fulfilment.

b. Jacobsen employees and related entities are not eligible. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.

3. How to qualify

a. A participant qualifies for a tier by reaching that tier’s sqm threshold in total Karndean sales invoiced through a Carpet Court store across the full Promotion Period. Orders not invoiced by 30 November 2026 do not count.

b. Sales must be recorded through standard point-of-sale systems. The Promoter may audit records; disputes are resolved at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

Tier Threshold Prizes Prize options
Tier 1 400 sqm 2 F1 Australian Grand Prix, Melbourne – 4-night stay incl. flights*
Tier 2 250 sqm 10 Choice of: AirPods Max, iPad Air, Dyson Airwrap, coffee machine, or glamping weekend
Tier 3 100 sqm 10 Choice of: AirPods Pro 4, Yeti Cooler, spa day, fine dining, skydiving, or bungee jumping

* If F1 tickets cannot be secured, the Promoter will offer a replacement travel experience of equivalent value, agreed in good faith with the winner.

5. Prize selection and allocation

a. Participants receive one entry into the draw for each tier threshold they reach. A participant reaching 400 sqm is entered into all three tier draws; a participant reaching 250 sqm is entered into the Tier 2 and Tier 3 draws; a participant reaching 100 sqm is entered into the Tier 3 draw only. Winners are selected by random draw and announced on 11 December 2026. Each participant may win once only. If a participant is drawn as a winner in more than one tier, they will receive the highest tier prize and their name will be removed from the lower tier draws, with a replacement winner drawn for those tiers. In the event of a tie on total sales volume among Tier 1 qualifiers, a separate random draw will be held among the tied participants to determine eligibility for the Tier 1 draw.

b. Winners may choose any prize from the options available in their tier. Prize selections must be confirmed within 14 days of notification and are final. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a chosen option is unavailable, a substitute of equal or greater value will be offered.

6. Spot prizes

a. The Promoter may award discretionary spot prizes for outstanding training, in-store execution, or project work. Spot prizes do not affect tier eligibility. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. Notification and fulfilment

a. The Promotion Period closes 30 November 2026. Winners will be announced on 11 December 2026 and notified via their store manager or a Jacobsen representative. Prize fulfilment begins January 2027. Travel prize recipients will have a minimum of 60 days to select travel dates. Flights are provided as booked by the Promoter; any changes or upgrades requested by the winner after confirmation are at the winner’s own cost.

b. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited if a winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of notification or fails to respond within the specified timeframe.

8. General conditions

a. The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time. The Promoter’s decision on all matters is final. Participant information is collected solely for promotion administration in accordance with New Zealand privacy laws.

b. This promotion is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

c. Any winners must be currently employed at the Interiors Group at the time prizes are awarded and not have given notice, and not be subject to an active performance/employment investigation that, in TIG’s view, makes participation inappropriate.

d. Information used to administer this incentive (e.g., sales performance data, employee identifiers, and contact details) will be used for internal administration, reporting, and awarding prizes. Winner names and/or store/team may be shared internally (e.g., intranet/email) for recognition purposes.

e. All sales data to be verified by TIG/CCNZ Merchandising Team through Power BI which will be final and confirmed to draw winners.
